Please bring your government-issued ID, insurance details, referral letter (if any), a list of current medications, and previous medical records or test results related to your condition.
Token facility will be available from 7 AM onwards in all days.
Online booking facility is now made available for selected doctors in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Nephrology, Medical Gastroenterology and Surgical Oncology.
