N.S. Cooperative Hospital is embarking on an ambitious three-year development plan with a total investment of 396 crore, set to transform the healthcare landscape. The centerpiece of this expansion is a towering 20-floor super-specialty block that will dramatically boost patient care capacity by adding 300 beds, bringing the hospital’s total strength to 800. Complementing this, a dedicated 7-floor oncology block will be established, housing the first-ever radiation facility in Kollam, providing vital, cutting-edge cancer care locally.
Future growth is also secured through a new academic block, which includes a nursing college and paramedical institute to train the next generation of medical professionals. The plan embraces holistic well-being and sustainability with an Ayurveda herbal plantation and medicine production unit and a new solar plant. Finally, the entire campus experience will be enhanced by an attractive new landscape and ample parking facility, ensuring a world-class environment for all patients and visitors.
